LIFE School Gym refurb!

The School Gym at LIFE has just been refurbed with our very own LIFE branded equipment, courtesy of Pro-Plates. The gym has been designed to maximise the space available and to hold the equipment that our students will be using the most.

The students love how they can so easily access a gym and how they have a facility on site were they can be coached on their strength and fitness. LIFE students use the high performance centre at WESPA Wirral for the bulk of their gym training, but it's great too also have a gym option within the main school that they can also use for their sporting studies.
