Recovering From Setbacks

This week I have overcome an injury that I sustained from playing rugby. The past few weeks I have not been able to do much gym work, however, rather than not doing anything the coaches at LIFE made an adapted program to help me recover quicker and to keep me improving.
I am now back to training to my full potential and can now focus on my strength and power. I have learnt that you can in fact use injuries and setbacks to your advantage, using them as time to work on weak points so you can come back even stronger.
