LIFE Disability Gym Training
Updated: Oct 4, 2022
Inspired by the Paralympics?
We are now offering a Group Gym Training Session specifically for those with Disabilities.
The session will be coached by Paralympic Footballer, Ollie Nugent, who played for Tranmere Rovers and Chester FC before moving to America on a football scholarship to study Kinesiology. Ollie overpowered his Cerebral Palsy to achieve his goals through strength & conditioning sessions, being dedicated and persistent through the whole process.
Ollie was eventually classed out of Paralympic sport due to his physical condition exceeding the limits of Cerebral Palsy football. Ollie wants to use his experience to show others that it is possible to overcome your disability, by hard work and self-belief. Proving your disability is not inability.
How you will benefit from these sessions:
- improved fitness and strength
- improved performance for sport
- learning to deal with disability
- being part of a likeminded community
- make new friends
- build confidence
If you are interested then please email to Ollie at nugento@lifewirral.com
Please give us some details of your disability and why you'd like to be a part of this group.
We hope to see you in the gym!
