This week I had the opportunity to play for the Ireland Exiles U'18 Rugby Team.
Having been part of the Exiles set up for almost two years, being selected to play for the U'18s team against Hartpury University was a privilege and an experience I will never forget.
It has shown me that all the extra hours training when no one else wanted to and the training at LIFE to improve my speed, power, strength and technical skills pay off on the rugby field.
