Josh Craven - Rowing
Josh Craven was awarded the 'Coxes Cup' by the Duke of Westminster in recognition of his progress last season and the results he has achieved in regattas and head races.
Josh also met Tom James MBE (Doubly Olympic Gold Medalist_ and what a photo opportunity it made! Well done Josh!

Caitlin Boothroyd - Windsurfing
Caitlin Boothroyd makes the World Windsurfing Championships in Spain in October following her best ever UK event in Bridlington. Caitlin finished top in the U'17's Girls event and 3rd overall! She won the last race of the event by a country mile, beating the top boys too!
Conditions were a mix of light, medium and heavy wind with a strong consistent tide. With the European's in Israel in August and the World's following in October, 2019 proved to be a monumental year for Caitlin.

Jack Whitfield - Squash
Jack Whitfield just can't stop winning UK & International Squash Championships! Having recently won in Australia, Jack has wasted no time in picking up another piece of silverware winning the 2019 Regional U'17's Squash Championship.
Jack is one of our podium international Athletes and his 2020 strength and conditioning programmer is in the final planning stages, we're excited to raise the bar again this year!

Sarah Evans
- Gymnastics
Sarah is a Gymnastics Junior World Champion and now our second World Champion since 2015! Sarah stole the show at the IAIGC World Gymnastics Championship in Nashville Tennessee, USA.
Day 1 - Competed at Bronze Level - Qualified in four pieces and became an all round World Champion at her level!
Day 2 - Qualified in Beam above her normal level.
Day 3 - Competed in Beam and placed 7th at Diamond Level.
Incredible achievements Sarah! Hard work does pay off!

Jess Brady - Football
Football superstar Jess Brady was selected for the FA Women's U'14's National Talent Pathway. Jess will join the very best players from across the country having now been identified as a future England Lioness National player!
Jess is ambitious, committed and determined to achieve a future, senior top level international football position, and her dedication to her training here is second to none.

Anais Bathily - Football
Well done to Anais Bathily who has been selected for the U'16's Merseyside School's Football 2019/2020 team! Having played for Everton last season and now with TRFC, Anais is on course to achieve top honours!
Anais has been at LIFE School for many years now and is one of our most committed young athletes, well done Anais on your selection!
